2 things for U14 hockey

Hi All,

#1 - I just heard (TODAY) from the Troy team that they are cancelling our game on Sunday - Ugh!

#2 - We now have the schedule for the Rutland Tournament. The fee is $20 per player (checks payable to "NHA"). Below is the schedule:

January 23 Friday - 7:45 PM Northshire vs Kearsage
January 24 Saturday - 7:45 AM Troy/Albany vs Northshire
January 24 Saturday - 8:00 PM Lake Placid vs Northshire
January 25 Sunday – TBA depending on the standings – games are at 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM

ALL games are the Giorgetti Rink.

The process and these meetings were designed to be a positive one on one learning experience for each child. Please discuss the meeting with your child and if you have any questions or receive any feedback (positive or negative), please let us know.

U14 hockey this week - January 5 - 11

 Hi All,

Here is our schedule for this week (at the bottom I copied directions to the Knickerbacker Ice Arena in Troy). On Tuesday, the coaches would like to hold a player's meeting in the locker room at 6:00pm, prior to practice.

Tuesday January 6 - 6:45 - 8:00pm - regular practice **NOTE - please be in the locker room by 6:00pm for "chalk talk" with your coaches.

Friday January 9 - 5:45 - 7:00pm - regular practice

Saturday January 10 - 12:45 pm - HOME game vs. Middlebury. Please be at the rink by 11:45am.

Sunday January 11 - 3:00 pm - AWAY game vs. Troy at the Knickerbacker Arena. Anyone who needs a ride - we will leave Riley Rink at 1:30.

Take Route 7 West. Coming down to the Collar City Bridge toward the Hudson River, move to the left lane proceed under the sign marked Hoosick Street (between the two bridge ramps before the entrance to 787) and proceed to River Street and turn right on Sixth Avenue. Follow Sixth Avenue, until 103rd Street. Turn Right on 103rd Street. Proceed on 103rd Street until 8th Avenue. Turn left into the entrance of the Knickerbacker Ice Skating Arena.
