U14 girls - wear Avalanche Jersey's To School on Friday!

Hi All,

Below is a message from Gary (and apparently it's been approved by the NHA board).

Wear your jerseys to school Friday!

Take care, Liz

==============================================================
I'm sure I'm going to get in trouble for this... (but I'm willing to take one for the cause).

I just heard a great idea!  The MEMS U12 girls are hatching a plan to wear their Game Jerseys to school tomorrow (Friday).  If you're a Dorset parent, we'll be at the concert tonight and let's pass it around to have the kids wear their jerseys.  If you're a Maple Street parent, you'll hear about it tonight at pratice.  If you're an Arlington parent...  it's up to you!

This is an awesome way for our kids to show what they're up to, and to tell their friends how cool and fun girls hockey is.  I love that my kids play and from what I understand, our parents seem happy with the program as well.

I have no idea what color to wear, so if you're a MEMS parent that's "in the know", please advise to the group if there's a designated color for tomorrow.

Best,
Gary

ps... I'm probably going to NHA jail for this, so starting a bail fund would be appreciated   If the U-14's join us, I'll get into less trouble because Coach Emil is on the NHA Board (come on Emil - get radical and join us!)

Directions to the Waterbury Rink

  • Take I89 to exit 10. Take a right off of exit ramp heading toward Waterbury (Route 100 South).
  • Take a left at T intersection staying on 100 South. Go all the way through Waterbury, will go through two lights.
  • After you pass Aubuchon Hardware and Subway on the right, you will be approaching a bridge over the Winooski River.
  • Just before going over the bridge, you will bear left toward Depot Beverage store. Continue straight past store (keeping store on your left). This is the access road to the rink. Rink is at the end, can't miss it!
